Located in the heart of the beautiful city of Bath, within a stones throw of the iconic Roman Baths, the historic property at 3-4 Bath Street was most recently a Nationwide Bank with 4 apartments above. The building is grade one listed and in the heart of the World Heritage Centre. It is a quirky, listed property that contains secret chambers and bank vaults within its four walls.
Mobius was engaged by the Landlord, Derreb Ltd to carry out extensive dilapidation and upgrade works in order to bring the commercial space and 4 apartments back to a clean, current and compliant standard ready to be let to new tenants.
As main contractor on this project, Mobius has a full site set-up with site management and F10 notification. With time being of the essence, in order that the Landlord can re-let the property, all work was to be completed within 12 weeks.
